Four main reasons why my dog staring at me
If you understand why he is staring at you, you can know your dog better. This article gives you information about what is happening in the dog's brain.
1. Your dog wants something
When you’re sitting at the table and eating your dinner, your dog is staring at you because he likes the food you’re eating! So your dog wants some and trying to trick you into giving him a bit! You should ignore and avoid feeding your dog people food because it can build a bad habit that’s tough to break.
2. Your dog wants a direction
Sometimes your dog is looking at you and he just wants you to tell him what to do. For example, by reading our facial expressions and seeing body gesture, it can give him a better understanding of what we want him to do next.
3. Express some doubts
When your dog is confused, he will always stare at you so that he can see your expressions and movements more carefully. If your dog is staring at you with a tilted head then this is because he is not sure what to do
4. Show desire
It covers a variety of “wants” from their pups — everything from “feed me”, “throw the ball” to “I need to go for a walk outside” .when your dog sees you do something positive, he gets a rush of oxytocin which push him to do the same thing as you.
